Problem

In the modern day we are almost solely reliant on fossil fuels to power our modes of transportation. This is highly problematic as the threat of climate change is looming. 


Solution 

Create and distribute highly efficient low emission powered alternatives. 

Unique Value Proposition

Cummins is in the process of offering clean energy alternatives that do not sacrifice usability. Hydrogen power is extremely eco friendly while not suffering the drawbacks of electric power. 



Unfair Advantage

The field of hydrogen energy is relatively untapped, and Cummins is in a position to be a leader in the field. Cummins also has an excellent reputations in building some of the best heavy engines on the planet.



Customer Segments

There will be a variety of target customers and these targets include governments, private industry, and individual consumers. 


Channels 

Currently Cummins sells their engines through government contracts, contracts with large corporations, and through dealer networks. Unfortunately, they have yet to reveal how their hydrogen products will be sold, but I suspect it will be done in a similar fashion.

Number of hydrogen cells sold.


Cost Structure

it is difficult to say at this point since the hydrogen cells are not yet commonly sold. 


Revenue stream 

Again this is difficult to say but likely revenue will be produced by selling the hydrogen cells.
